During your three months working together, Ambrogio will customize a training program and sample meal suggestions based on your goals. These will be your framework to guide your tasks and help build habits throughout your program. Each week, you will receive your workouts through his app, with a different workout specific for each of your training days. Your program will give you specific instructions for each exercise including how many reps, sets, tempo and rest periods. Each exercise will be accompanied by an instructional video so you can see the proper form and get tips directly from Ambrogio.
You will track your work out, entering details into the app. This lets you see your history with each exercise and use progressive overload as you move forward through your programming.
Silver and Gold packages will communicate with Ambrogio through the app with any questions regarding food, exercises, or anything else related to the program and your overall progress.
