Frequently Asked Questions

During your three months working together, Ambrogio will customize a training program and sample meal suggestions based on your goals. These will be your framework to guide your tasks and help build habits throughout your program. Each week, you will receive your workouts through his app, with a different workout specific for each of your training days. Your program will give you specific instructions for each exercise including how many reps, sets, tempo and rest periods. Each exercise will be accompanied by an instructional video so you can see the proper form and get tips directly from Ambrogio.

You will track your work out, entering details into the app. This lets you see your history with each exercise and use progressive overload as you move forward through your programming.

Silver and Gold packages will communicate with Ambrogio through the app with any questions regarding food, exercises, or anything else related to the program and your overall progress.

Ambrogio considers every client differently, based on their health and fitness goals, current lifestyle, family, work life and many other factors. He believes in a wholistic approach that supports change from the inside first.

When you first start, he’ll recommend books and podcasts that help support a healthy mindset shift, together with habits to drive the changes you’re looking for.

These include:
– meal prepping with single source, whole foods
– staying hydrated throughout the day
– getting good, quality sleep for 7-9 hours each night
– Walking 7-10k steps a day
– Weight lifting 4-6 times per week
– daily reading

During your initial goal setting meeting, you and Ambrogio will determine what types of workouts are best for your lifestyle. Whether you prefer to train in the gym, or at home, Ambrogio will customize a workout that works for you and is sustainable for your life.

The workouts are designed to take approximately 45 to an hour and fifteen minutes depending on the training day, but of course, vary depending on the person.

Ambrogio has worked with hundreds of clients at every fitness level, male and female. The testimonials, before & afters, and long-term clients are proof his programs work. Results come for those that are serious about committing to hard work not only in the gym, but also mentally and emotionally to make smart choices and build lasting habits that will change your life.

Ambrogio will assess your skill level and experience with different kinds of training, cardio, exercise or sports you’ve done throughout your life. He will customize a program for you whether you’re a novice, beginner, intermediate or advanced expert.

Yes! Ambrogio believes in the basics for training both men and women. He works with male and female clients at all levels and customizes a program for each individual based on your goals. There is no cookie cutter training. Men and women benefit from a personalized plan just for them.

Ambrogio believes that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. To optimize performance and proper digestion, he suggests you choose meals based on whole foods. Focusing on high protein to support muscle growth, together with the correct proportions of single source carbohydrates, healthy fats and green vegetables. His sample meal suggestions limit processed foods to protein powder and yogurt, as well as being primarily gluten and dairy free.

Ambrogio will work with you to understand your dietary restrictions and needs before suggesting any sample meal plans. Since he suggests a mainly gluten and dairy free approach for most clients, you can be successful while working within your dietary restrictions.

Ambrogio’s programs begin with a three-month commitment. This timeframe has proven to be effective in giving clients sufficient time to learn about their fitness and nutrition, while building sustainable, healthy habits for themselves and to share with loved ones.

Typically, after the initial three months, most clients continue in some capacity to maintain momentum, structure and accountability.

The time frame for weight loss entirely depends on the person. If you trust the process and stay consistent, you will be shocked to feel results within two weeks. These will only build as you continue to work the program.

You won’t. Ambrogio never structures his programs to hit a target weight goal. He believes change comes from the inside first and building healthy, sustainable habits must be the focus. Weight loss will come as a side effect of building lasting habits and good choices. After gaining muscle, losing weight and body re-composition, very often, Ambrogio’s clients are surprised to find that their dream body weighs more than they ever thought.

The app is the single hub for all communication with Ambrogio through the messaging feature, tracking your workouts, progress pictures and measurements. 

All clients are invited to participate in the weekly community group Zoom calls and Facebook Group page. Both are exclusively for clients and are the perfect opportunity to bring your questions and concerns to Ambrogio, while also learning from others. 

For clients on the gold and silver package, Ambrogio will review your workouts and weekly progress, providing feedback through the app.

Once you’ve taken the first step to choose Ambrogio as your coach, you’ll sign the Ambrogio Fitness contract and pay by credit card through the Stripe payment portal. Ambrogio will text you a link for you to use for payment. It is easy and takes only a few minutes. You will be charged automatically each month during the three month program.

In the event of an illness of medical issue, Ambrogio is happy to pause your program until you are ready to resume. There are no refunds for cancellations.
